What we do
Enonix acts as trustee and administrator for RAF special trusts. That means we take on the legal responsibility of managing a beneficiary's trust, while also doing the day-to-day work that most administrators leave out.
We handle the finances, the compliance, the RAF undertaking refunds, and the specialist coordination, but we also show up in person, answer the phone, and build the kind of relationships that make a real difference to someone's quality of life. Our services

Trust registration and compliance
We register trusts with the Master of the High Court, ensure the trust deed is adhered to, conduct annual trustee meetings and trust reviews, and keep all reporting up to date.
Trust accounting and tax
We register trusts for income tax with SARS, prepare annual financial statements, and file trust tax returns accurately and on time.
RAF undertaking refund claims
We identify all expenses that fall under the RAF undertaking, document and submit claims accurately, and follow up to make sure nothing is left unclaimed or allowed to prescribe.
Beneficiary needs assessment
We conduct regular in-person needs assessments in partnership with an occupational therapist, evaluating each beneficiary's health, living conditions, and changing requirements.
Monthly distributions and expense management
We calculate each beneficiary's monthly income based on their assessed needs, process claims promptly, and manage distributions to ensure funds are used appropriately and last as long as possible.
Specialist referrals and expert coordination
Where a beneficiary requires medical, financial, or property expertise, we refer them to the right specialist and coordinate directly on their behalf, including facilitating expert meetings where needed.

Once a settlement is reached and a special trust needs to be established, Enonix steps in to make the process as straightforward as possible. We work alongside you to get the trust registered with the Master of the High Court, ensure all documentation is in order, and take over the administration from there.
